Where to Begin...
Call or visit our Casa Bella Design Center to speak to one of our Design consultants about your project
Compile pictures of kitchens/baths and products that interest you
Make a "Wish List" of items that you would like in your new space
Establish an investment range for your project
Draw a rough sketch of your existing space with dimensions
How to Measure Your Room
Complete the kitchen or bath survey in our sales folder or on-line
Bring in photos of your existing kitchen
During Your Showroom Visit...
We give you a tour of our showroom and describe the products that we offer
We look over the photographs and ideas that you have gathered, review your completed survey and generally get to know you
We review your current space and discuss what you would like to achieve in your new space
We answer your questions and discuss the range and depth of our services
We review and/or help you establish an investment range for your project
What Happens Next...
If you like what we have to offer and would like to move forward with your project, we will request a retainer to begin working on the design of your new space
We will schedule an in-home consultation and begin taking measurements
We schedule a meeting in our showroom to review the design and make any necessary changes
We provide you with full color renderings and elevations of what your new space is going to look like
After the Design Process...
Once the project is accepted, we present a contract for signing
We request a deposit to begin ordering cabinetry, countertops and any other specified products as well as schedule all deliveries and installations
We provide you with a full set of plans, color renderings of your new space and product specifications for your records
Once the Project is Completed...
When your project is completed, we schedule a walk-through with you to create a punch list of any "finishing" items that may need to be completed and schedule a time for those to be serviced
We follow up with a phone call to make sure you are completely satisfied with your new space
We mail you a customer satisfaction survey to complete and return
