THE STAFF

Steve Knapp: Project Manager

As Project Manager, Steve brings 19 years of custom residential renovations, and new home construction experience. He directly supervises and coordinates all jobsite safety, personnel, equipment, project schedule, and compliance with the plans and specs. Steve has the expertise to execute punch lists, change orders, substantial completion, and close out documents, while maintaining a close working relationship with each Client by communicating with them during the construction phases of their project.

ROBERT NOBLE: Project Manager

As Project Manager of Casa Bella’s apartment/condo renovation division, Robert Noble offers the keen eye for detail and organization that is a must for successful large-scale projects. He coordinates and supervises all of the trades, materials, and schedules of each unit of the renovation as well as the entire property under construction. With a bachelor’s in accounting, Robert applies his financial knowledge to keeping projects cost effective as well as on budget. He strives toward a commitment to quality of labor and products, which makes Casa Bella’s apartment/condo renovation division stellar.

ERIKA NOBLE: Office Manager

Casa Bella’s Office Manager position includes both financial responsibilities and resource management. Erika’s previous experience in a variety of design environments over the years has enhanced her knowledge of the many details that make an office run efficiently. She brings over 13 years of professional experience to Casa Bella. Her responsibilities include management and coordination of all accounting procedures, daily office operations, providing internal administrative support, management of human resources, as well as planning company parties/functions and coordinating participation in trade shows.

JESSICA GOMES: Design/Sales Manager

Jessica A. Gomes, a graduate of the Interior Design program at Illinois State University, has been working at Casa Bella for the past four years. Her first task at Casa Bella was to design the company’s showroom. Now, Jessica oversees the company’s project design and sales and works directly with clients to design creative solutions that satisfy their needs. Her clients will attest that her personalized design approach is her specialty. Jessica is known for her innovative space planning, unique material selections and has been published in numerous national magazines.

NICOLE WEILAND: Design Consultant

Nicole Weiland received her bachelor of science in Interior Design from Illinois State University and has been working at Casa Bella for the past three years. While at Casa Bella, she has become known for her creative color concepts, her organized design approach and her easygoing personality. Her design knowledge has allowed her to become an expert on designing within a project budget. She enjoys working with clients one-on-one and has a keen eye for detail. Nicole’s clients praise her for thoughtful design concepts and her thorough project approach.
